By Laws of the Montana BMW Riders
By – Laws Montana BMW Riders BMWMOA #155 Article 1. This club is known as Montana BMW Riders. Article 2. Purpose: We are organized to promote interest in ownership, riding and safety for people who enjoy BMW motorcycles and others. At all times, it shall be the club objective to promote a better image of motorcyclists engaging in activities that demonstrate this objective and to have fun, and ride-ride-ride! Article 3. Voting membership fee is $5.00 per year, payable 1st of January of each year. Article 4. The club is chartered with BMWMOA, Inc. membership in BMWMOA is strongly urged and highly recommended. Article 5. Meetings will be held on the 3rd Sunday of each month at a time and place to be agreed upon by the membership. Article 6. Each dues-paying member will be allowed one vote. Article 7. This club will be incorporated under the laws of the State of Montana. Article 8. In the event of dissolution of Montana Club #155, all funds in the treasury will be donated to a local charity selected by a majority vote of the membership, after all legitimate bills are paid. Article 9. Club officers (President, Vice-President, Secretary & Treasurer) will be voted on in January of each year. Article 10. This club is non-profit. No Club monies shall be used for any officer or members personal use. Article 11. These by-laws may be changed or amended by a vote of the majority of the voting members in good standing.
