The Rapid Flow Exhaust system is available in both the 4” and the 5” for the Ford Diesel. Both systems will fit trucks from 1999 - 2001. The 4” Rapid Flow Exhaust system for Ford is turbo back. Rapid Flow offers the only 1 piece true 4” down pipe in the industry that actually fits without any modification. They also have a 5” system for Ford. The Rapid Flow system is the largest available. The 5” system has the most 5” pipe of any system available it comes with a 4” down pipe, short 4” extension then a 5” straight pipe, tailpipe and muffler.

The Rapid Flow exhaust systems reduces temperatures, increases horsepower and economy and produces less back pressure. On modified vehicles, dyno results have shown horsepower increases of from 8 - 80 with the addition of a Rapid Flow Exhaust system. With the reduced  resistance of the Rapid Flow Exhaust system,  the turbo is able to push air more freely, reducing exhaust temperatures by as much as 200 degrees. On stock vehicles, dyno results have shown an 8 - 15 horse power increase when using the Rapid Flow Exhaust system. The Rapid Flow pipe is made of 14 gauge - aluminized steel that is mandrel bent and carries a lifetime warranty to the original owner of the vehicle.
