BD's Ford Diesel High Performance Exhaust Systems

Designed to allow the turbo to respond quickly at the bottom end and reduce exhaust gas temperatures. With high exhaust temperatures that occur under load, the Exhaust Pipe Kit allows for higher flow once the engine is at higher rpm. Installation should be matched with a higher flow air filter for maximum improvements.

Four-inch Cat back systems are available for 1994 - 1999 trucks. Some aftermarket exhaust kits for 1994 - 1997 trucks have a flat turbo down pipe which actually reduces the turbo response. The BD three-inch pipe is a tight fit but worth the labor. We can help recommend a dealer to help with the installation if needed.
