The Cummins
24 Valve ISB Adjustable "High Idler"

Prolonged idling of the Cummins ISB diesel can
be damaging to the engine because of low combustion chamber temperatures, especially in
cold weather. The combustion process can be incomplete and cylinder wash down is imminent.
The Cummins 24 Valve ISB adjustable "High Idler" is designed to raise the speed
of the engine to approximately 1100 - 1500 rpm, depending on where you set it.
At these rpm's, cylinder temperature and full
combustion can be maintained. The High Idler can also be used to aid in faster engine warm
up with the increased rpm. Power take off units may be operated as well.
The 24 Valve Cummins ISB High Idler is fully
electronic and can be adjusted with a conveniently located dial.
The High Idler is easily installed with no
wires to cut or splice.
The High Idler simply allows for instantly
adjustable rpm at the turn of a dial.
The High Idler is currently available for 1998
1/2 thru 2001 model 24 valve Cummins ISB engines.
