VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR:

Tee shirts:

Set-up tee shirt area

Take tee shirt orders and payment

Print shirts (training provided)

Tear-down tee shirt area on Sunday

Registration:

Two hour time slots to check people in, register walk-ins, provide information and get waivers signed (training provided)

Set up signs and No Parking cones

Direct people to parking areas

Direct four wheeled vehicles to parking area and alternate sites

Take down signs at end of rally

Garbage:

Monitor trash cans in bathrooms, kitchen, registration and outside; replace bags in full cans and haul full bags to dumpsters.

Empty all trash receptacles at end of rally.

Bathrooms and Porta-Potties:

Check and refill toilet paper

Check soap and paper towels in bathrooms; refill if necessary

Set-up award sign-up area (all forms will be ready to set out)

Determine awards for Saturday evening

Take down award sign-up area

Beverages :

Set-up beverage area in dining hall (coffee, iced tea, lemonade, and water)

Make coffee (and monitor availability)

Make iced tea and lemonade (and monitor availability)

Keep water cooler jug full and ice available

Take down and clean up area at end of rally

General clean-up at end of rally

Police buildings and outside areas

Take down all signs

Load all signs, etc. for storage
